Learn to play the mandolin
It’s a satisfying instrument. From the very beginning you can play real music.

It’s a flexible instrument. The mandolin works well in a wide range of musical styles including folk, bluegrass, jazz, classical, klezmer, blues and rock.

Become part of a close community of mandolin players in Rhode Island and around the world.

It’s not to early to start and it’s not too late. While most mandolin players start between their twenties and forties, some start as kids as early as 8 or 10 years old and some start in their 50s, 60s and 70s. One member of our group started when he was 84 years old.

It’s a chance to make music with other people. Join our Instructional Ensemble, have fun with other new mandolinists and experience the satisfaction of making music in a group.
